Participating in the Reward Programme

What is the LiveHelfi Reward programme?

This is our way of showing our appreciation to our customers. You earn reward points on all your purchases, but also when you refer others to our shop. You can use them to get discounts on your purchases, so the more points you earn, the more discounts you can get!

Who can participate?

Everyone with an account at LiveHelfi automatically earns reward points. 

What should I do when I don't want to collect reward points anymore?

If you no longer wish to collect reward points, please contact us at service@livehelfi.com.

What should I do if I want to start earning reward points again?

If you contact us, we will re-register you. However, your point total will start again from the beginning.

What will my personal data be used for?

Your personal information is linked to your account at LiveHelfi and will only be used for the purposes specified in our privacy policy.

Liability

LiveHelfi is in no way liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in our Reward program.

If, in the opinion of LiveHelfi, there is any unlawful use of participation in the Reward program, LiveHelfi reserves the right to modify or terminate the Reward program without prior notice.

Earning points

How do I earn reward points?

You receive 5 reward points per €1. To see all the ways you can earn reward points, click on the button 'reward points' in the menu on top of the page. Here, you will also see the number of reward points you have saved. 

How can I see how many reward points I have earned?

You can see that when you are logged in to your account. We also send you a monthly overview by e-mail. 

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

No, you can earn as many points as you like. 

What does 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' mean?

*Approved: These points can be redeemed for rewards immediately.

*Pending: These points must be verified before you can redeem them.

*Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. This happens, for example, when you cancel a purchase (the points then go from "pending" to "cancelled").

What are the benefits of referring a friend?

You can 'refer a friend' by sharing a referral URL anywhere you like -Fe. on Whatsapp, Facebook or by email. To do so, log in to your account and visit our Reward programme. A successful referral awards you 1000 points.

When you send the referral and the friends click, the link will open LiveHelfi's website. Here they get a one-time only -10% voucher code presented.

Your friend must make a purchase and use the voucher code at checkout for the referral to be successful.

We'll only award points & discount if your friend is a new customer and the order is equal to or over €50.

If a friend you referred cancels or returns his order, the pending points are cancelled and will be removed from your account.

You can refer as many friends as you like!

Why do I suddenly have fewer points?

You, or someone you referred to us, have cancelled or returned a purchase.

I placed an order, but did not receive any reward points!

It can sometimes take a few minutes before all data between our web shop and the Reward programme application are synchronised.  Please let us know if after one day, no reward points have been added. Please mail us at service@livehelfi.com.

Redeeming points

Conditions for redeeming reward points

  • Reward points are not redeemable for cash
  • No more reward points can be redeemed at the same time than indicated per code
  • Per order, a maximum of one discount code can be redeemed
  • Your rewards points will expire if you have not purchased from LiveHelfi for more than 1 year.

How to redeem points

Make sure you are logged in if you want to redeem points. You then have several options:

  • You can redeem points for discounts on your order summary at the checkout. On the desktop, this is located in the right column. You can reach the order summary on mobile devices by clicking on Show order summary at the top of the page. Don't forget to click on the green button to the right of your entry to apply the reward.
  • You can click on "Rewards" in the navigation. On this rewards page, you have an overview of all possible and available rewards. Here you will also see options for redeeming points for free products. If you claim a reward on this page, you get a code to use at the checkout. See the previous point for the place on desktop and mobile.
  • Now and then, we have in-cart rewards. These will only be visible if you are already logged in on the cart page.
