I had vague health complaints I had been walking around with for quite some time, and for which there was no medical explanation. Instinctively I felt that my diet and lifestyle were to blame. Personally, I found it difficult to implement and sustain the diet. An easy trap, for example, is not having enough Bulletproof foods in stock. Then there are times when your willpower is low, after a long day of work and exercise, or after a night out, when it is easy enough to reach for snacks and easy fast food meals. My tip is to make sure always to have enough Bulletproof approved food in the fridge and in stock. The Bulletproof Lifestyle is a system, the longer you use it, the easier it becomes. It doesn't matter if you don't follow the system once in a while (for example, I find it difficult when I'm on holiday). As long as you know it's there and you can immediately jump on it again. I aim for 80% implementation and feel great with it.
