What is the origin of Kimera Koffee?
Kimera Koffee is single estate coffee from the Dominican Republic in the region Jarabacoa. It is known for its microclimates and for producing very high-quality coffee. At an altitude of 5,000ft high, the plantation is run by the same family for over 40 years. The ideal conditions in Jarabacoa produce very unique-tasting coffee: deeply robust yet not overpowering, and a complex, nutty flavour. The beans are wet processed, which aids in premium conservation and ensuring the beans are mould-free.
